The Center For Pain Rehabilitation provides Medical Cannabis education and registration for the CT Medical Marijuana Program (MMP) by a Board certified physician and specialist in Cannabinoid Medicine, Rehabilitation Medicine, & Integrative Pain Management. We also make recommendations for nutritional & dietary supplements to support overall health and well-being.
In most cases, a referral or recommendation from your healthcare provider is required for registration in the CT Medical Marijuana program. Please contact our office for more information.
The fees associated with registration for the CT medical Marijuana Program are not covered by health insurance. The fee for the initial medical consultation, review of all medical records, with annual medical marijuana registration is $275. The fee for the annual re-registration is $175.
After you have completed the Telemedicine registration process with Dr. Prywes, you will receive an email from the CT Dept Of Consumer Protection (DCP). Once you complete their online process to verify you are a CT resident, your registration card is typically emailed within a week.
